Participants will need to register and purchase a ticket for this year’s Global Conference on Educational Robotics (GCER 2026).
The student or adult admission includes access to paper presentations, student activities, the adult reception night, the student reception night, opening and closing ceremonies, guest speaker keynote, and all public robotics events. This GCER admission is required for all JBC and Botball students, coaches, mentors, and parents who wish to attend ALL events.
If you do not plan to attend all events, you can purchase the limited admission instead. This option grants access only to the opening and closing ceremonies and public robotics events. This option is ideal for parents and family members who only want to attend part of the conference.
After purchasing your GCER admission, you will receive an email allowing you to assign names to each GCER admission badge. Please double-check name spellings and finalize them no later than June 29, 2026. You can contact us at info@kipr.org with any questions may have.

There are many opportunities for students, teachers, mentors and parents to participate in the Global Conference on Educational Robotics. To get the most out of the conference experience, we encourage people to register for the full conference and attend as many events and activities as they can!
A great way to get involved is by submitting a paper to be presented at a breakout session. This is an excellent opportunity for attendees to present their ideas and work in a non-competitive environment and facilitate dialogue about robotics.
Important Dates:
The final deadline for paper submissions is June 13th. After submissions are reviewed and feedback is provided, any revisions to the paper itself must be completed by June 26th.
Presentations should be finalized and ready by the first day of GCER on July 14th.
