GCER 2019 will be held July 7, 2019 – July 11, 2019 at the Embassy Suites located in Norman, Oklahoma. Everyone who wishes to attend the conference events and/or compete with a team for any of the tournaments, must be registered for the conference.
I have met most of my best friends at GCER and most of my favorite memories and life experiences are due to Botball.
At GCER I love seeing the different ways teams accomplish the same tasks, discussing what struggles they went through, and sharing learned information with all the international teams!
GCER is one of those all-too-rare experiences that seamlessly mixes fun, education, and competitive spirit. Some of the fondest memories of my youth took place during GCER.
GCER isn’t all about the robots. It’s about listening to speakers who are in the industry, networking with people in the robotics community, and making international friends!
I love GCER because I can meet people from over 3 different continents and still be able to have a friendly competition with them while forming a strong relationship to last.
Botball is a fun way to learn about what goes into creating successful robots in a fun encouraging environment that will benefit me in many ways wherever I go from here.
